I had been using another brand of pepper and found it to be very bitter. I have been searching for a better pepper that does not have this type of overpowering bite to it. This is an excellent pepper without being over the top and more aromatic than others.

I've been using this pepper for several years. My previous source stopped carrying it, and I found it at Amazon. I often freshly grind pepper for cooking but find this product to be fresh and tasty. Amazon's ordering process is easy, and this pepper ships for free from Amazon if I order it with something else that tops the $25 thresh hold.
